(NASDAQ: GLPI) (“GLPI” or the “Company”), announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared the second quarter 2026 cash dividend of $0.82 per share of its common stock, marking an increase of $.04 per share per quarter from the prior level. The dividend is payable on June 26, 2026 to shareholders of record on June 12, 2026.
