SAN FRANCISCO, May 21, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — American Shared Hospital Services (NYSE American: AMS) (the “Company”), a leading provider of turnkey technology solutions for stereotactic radiosurgery and advanced radiation therapy equipment and services, today announced that its Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. PT. The Annual Meeting will be an in-person meeting. For those who wish to attend, the meeting will be held at The Hilton Hotel, 750 Kearny St., San Francisco, CA, 94108. The Board of Directors fixed the close of business on April 26, 2024, as the record date for determination of shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting.
