The correction refers to the fact that the date of the conference call should have been Friday, October 20, 2023.

Amerant Bancorp Inc. (NYSE: AMTB) (the “Company”), today announced it will release third quarter 2023 earnings results on Thursday, October 19, 2023 after the market closes. Once released, investors may access Amerant’s earnings results at https://investor.amerantbank.com by choosing “Financial Results” under the “Financials Info” heading.

On Friday, October 20, 2023, Jerry Plush, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Sharymar Calderón, Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call at 9:00 AM ET to discuss the Company’s financial and operating results for the quarter.
