SANTA CLARA, Calif., March 31, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) will hold its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 9 a.m. PDT as a virtual meeting accessible at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/AMD2023.
