Tilkynning til kauphallar vegna útgáfu nýs skuldabréfaflokks til endurfjármögnunar á lánssamningiÍ tengslum við lánssamning dags 21. desember 2017 að höfuðstólsfjárhæð kr. 4.000.000.000 (hér eftir „lánssamningurinn“) hefur Global Macro Absolute Return Advantage Portfolio (hér eftir „GMARAP“) ákveðið að nýta heimild í lánssamningnum til að breyta útistandandi skuld samkvæmt lánssamningnum í skráð skuldabréf. Almenna leigufélagið hefur því gefið út skuldabréfaflokk með auðkennið AL260128, samkvæmt endanlegum skilmálum dags. 19. desember 2019, til endurfjármögnunar á lánssamningnum við GMARAP. Skuldabréfaflokkurinn að fjárhæð 4.540.000.000, er óverðtryggður á 6,65% föstum vöxtum, til 8 ára með einni greiðslu höfuðstóls á lokagjalddaga, þann 26. janúar 2028. Vextir greiðast árlega, í fyrsta skipti 26. janúar 2021.
