Brand A/SI forlængelse af oplysninger i medierne angående rekrutteringen af adm. direktør i Alm. Brand A/S skal selskabet hermed oplyse, at Alm. Brand har anmodet Finanstilsynet om godkendelse i henhold til ”fit & proper”-reglerne, efter at bestyrelsen i forlængelse af en grundig rekrutteringsproces peger på Rasmus Werner Nielsen som adm. direktør for selskabet.Anmodningen til Finanstilsynet er givet med henblik på en bekræftelse af Finanstilsynets tidligere ”fit & proper” godkendelse af Rasmus Werner Nielsen som adm. direktør i Alm.
