Selskabsmeddelelse nr. 1/2021Udlodning som følge af salget af Alm. Brand Bank A/SBestyrelsen i Alm. Brand A/S har i dag besluttet at foretage udlodning af den frigjorte kapital på 1,2 mia. kr. som følge af salget af Alm. Brand Bank A/S svarende til et ekstraordinært udbytte på 8,00 kr. pr. aktie.Udlodningen af den frigjorte kapital fra banksalget er uafhængigt af koncernens drift.Koncernens kapitalgrundlag og likviditetsposition er uændret stærk med en betydelig overdækning i forhold til de regulatoriske krav. Alm. Brand Forsikring A/S og Alm.
