Aktietilbagekøbsprogram

Aktietilbagekøbet løber i perioden fra og med den 2. april 2019 til og med den 1. april 2020. I denne periode vil Selskabet købe egne aktier op til en maksimal værdi af 10,0 mio. kr. i et aktietilbagekøbsprogram efter bestemmelserne i EU’s forordning nr. 596/2014 af 16. april 2014 og EU’s forordning nr. 2016/1052 om supplerende regler til forordning nr. 596/2014, den såkaldte ”Safe Harbour” metode, som værner børsnoterede selskaber og deres bestyrelse og direktion imod overtrædelse af forbuddene mod markedsmisbrug i forbindelse med aktie­tilbagekøb.
Aktietilbagekøbet er nærmere beskrevet i børsmeddelelse nr. 3/2019 af d. 1. april 2019.
Følgende transaktioner er foretaget under dette program:Efter ovennævnte transaktioner ejer Fast Ejendom Danmark A/S 58.891 egne aktier, svarende til 2,21% af selskabets aktiekapital. Det samlede antal aktier i virksomheden er i alt 2.659.442 aktier, inklusive egne aktier.I overensstemmelse med EUs forordning nr. 2016/1052 af 8 marts. 2016 præsenteres transaktionerne relateret til aktietilbagekøbsprogrammet i detaljeret form i vedhæftede bilag.
