Aktietilbagekøb i Djurslands Bank – transaktioner i uge 27

Djurslands Bank offentliggjorde den 1. september 2025 et aktietilbagekøbsprogram på 35 mio. kr., dog med maksimalt 51.800 aktier. Aktietilbagekøbsprogrammet startede den 1. september 2025 og vil være afsluttet senest den 31. august 2026.

Aktietilbagekøbsprogrammet sker med henblik på nedsættelse af aktiekapitalen i banken med op til 25 mio. kr., samt etablering af medarbejderaktieordning med op til 10 mio. kr.
Programmet gennemføres i overensstemmelse med artikel 5 i EU-Kommissionens forordning nr. 596/2014 af 16. april 2014 og EU-Kommissionens delegerede forordning nr. 2016/1052 af 8. marts 2016, der tilsammen udgør ”Safe Harbour”-reguleringen.

Under aktietilbagekøbsprogrammet er gennemført følgende transaktioner:
