Bestyrelsen i RTX har, jf. selskabsmeddelelse nr. 31 fra den 20. juni 2019 besluttet at iværksætte et aktietilbagekøbsprogram i henhold til bestemmelserne i artikel 5 i Europa-Parlamentets og Rådets forordning (EU) nr. 596/2014 af 16. april 2014 (MAR) og Kommissionens delegerede forordning (EU) 2016/1052 af 8. marts 2016, kaldet ”Safe Harbor”-reglerne.Under aktietilbagekøbsprogrammet vil RTX tilbagekøbe aktier for et beløb på op til DKK 20 mio. i perioden fra den 1. august 2019 til 31. december 2019.Følgende transaktioner er gennemført under aktietilbagekøbsprogrammet i perioden fra 18. oktober 2019 til 24. oktober 2019:Efter ovennævnte transaktioner ejer RTX 494.293 egne aktier, svarende 5,53% af selskabets aktiekapital. Det samlede antal aktier i virksomheden er i alt 8.942.838 aktier, inklusive egne aktier.I overensstemmelse med forordning (EU) nr. 596/2014 præsenteres transaktionerne relateret til aktietilbagekøbsprogrammet i detaljeret form i bilaget vedhæftet denne selskabsmeddelelse.Spørgsmål og yderligere oplysninger:
