18.5.2020 klo 16.30Aktia Pankki Oyj:n uudet osakkeet merkitty kaupparekisteriinAktia Pankki ilmoitti 4.5.2020 suunnatusta vastikkeettomasta osakeannista yhtiölle itselleen käsittäen 220 000 osaketta sekä 5.5.2020 suunnatusta vastikkeellisesta annista koskien 84 355 osaketta merkittäväksi yhtiön osakesäästöohjelma AktiaUnan puitteissa, yhteensä 304 355 uutta osaketta.Uudet osakkeet on merkitty kauppareksiteriin 18.5.2020. Yhtiön osakkeiden kokonaislukumäärä on kaupparekisteriin merkitsemisen jälkeen 70 221 488 osaketta, joista 229 865 osaketta on yhtiön hallussa.Uudet osakkeet otetaan kaupankäynnin kohteeksi Nasdaq Helsinki Oy:n pörssilistalle yhdessä yhtiön olemassa olevien osakkeiden kanssa 19.5.2020.Aktia Pankki OyjLisätietoja:
