AirBoss Announces Organizational Change

(TSX: BOS) (the “Company” or “AirBoss”) today announced that Chief Financial Officer Daniel Gagnon has advised the Company that he will be leaving the organization effective June 12, 2020 in order to pursue other projects while making more time for his family.  Mr. Gagnon joined AirBoss in 2016 after working at a variety of large Canadian companies and has committed to staying with the organization in order to support an orderly transition to a new CFO.
