AI Era Corp. Begins Monetizing Its Content Library by Licensing Online Broadcast Rights — Retaining AI Training Rights as the Library Grows from the uFilm.ai Production Loop

On August 24 the Company announced the closed uFilm.ai loop from idea to distribution-ready series. Broadcast-rights licensing of the resulting library is expected, on its own, to generate several million dollars a year

MENLO PARK, Calif., Aug. 31, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — AI Era Corp. (OTC: AERA) (“AI Era” or the “Company”), an intellectual property firm powered by an agentic AI platform for creator-media ecosystems, today described the commercial nature of its content library: the Company holds a rights-cleared catalog of short-form drama and related programming, and it monetizes that catalog by licensing individual rights — starting with online broadcast — while retaining the remaining rights, including the right to use the same titles as AI training data.

YouTube channel of a client

The business is not the sale of a library. It is the repeated use of a library. Each title carries more than one commercial layer. Licensing the online broadcast layer produces revenue. The copyright stays with AI Era. So does the training-data layer. The same minutes can therefore support distribution income and, separately, premium licensing for model training. That is the earning power of the asset: one catalog, more than one line of income, without giving the catalog away.

From production loop to living library

On August 24, 2026, AI Era announced that uFilm.ai had completed a major stage of its end-to-end agentic AI production loop. Creators can now move from an idea to a full series script — a 100-episode script in as little as 90 minutes — and onward through improved character consistency and generated video into distribution-oriented programming built for FAST and AVOD channels. That release described how titles are made.

Streaming service provider of the client

This release describes what those titles are for. Series produced on that loop are intended to enter the same content library. As the library grows, the Company can license broadcast rights on successive packages, keep training rights on every title, and raise the commercial density of the asset without rebuilding it. The August 24 production loop supplies the library. Rights licensing is how the library earns.

A standing line of business

Broadcast and download licensing is already part of the mix that produced the Company’s results for the nine months ended May 31, 2026 — alongside the uFilm.ai platform, embedded marketing, and premium licensing of the series library for third-party model training. Management treats rights licensing as a continuing activity: package a defined set of titles, grant one layer of rights, collect consideration, keep the rest, repeat as the loop adds inventory.

The Company entered a broadcast-rights agreement on August 28, 2026, as a current package under that model. Consideration on this package is approximately $1.26 million. Management expects broadcast-rights licensing, standing alone and repeated as the library is replenished, to generate several million dollars of revenue per year. That figure is an expectation for this line of business, not a forecast of total Company revenue, and other rights in the same titles — including AI training — remain available to earn separately.

“On August 24 we said uFilm.ai can take a person from an idea to a distribution-ready series,” said Fred Deng, Chairman of AI Era Corp. “Those series land in our library. We then license the broadcast right and keep every other right, including AI training. This one broadcast package is about $1.26 million. Do that as a continuing line and broadcast rights alone can be a multi-million-dollar business each year — while the library itself stays with us and keeps growing.”
