Mortsel, België – 21 januari 2021 – 07:45 CET Dit persbericht bevat voorwetenschap. Op 20 januari 2021 drukte de Raad van Bestuur de intentie uit om de Offset Solutions-activiteiten te organiseren in een zelfstandige vennootschapsstructuur en -organisatie binnen de Agfa-Gevaert Groep. Deze beoogde reorganisatie kadert in het strategische transformatieprogramma voor de Agfa-Gevaert Groep,Om de rendabiliteit te verbeteren en om een antwoord te bieden op de aanzienlijke afname van de marktvraag, herziet Agfa het businessmodel voor offset, vereenvoudigt het zijn organisatie en stroomlijnt het zijn productaanbod.  Over Agfa

De Groep bestaat uit vier divisies: Radiology Solutions, HealthCare IT, Digital Print & Chemicals en Offset Solutions.
