Ageas rapporteert over de inkoop van eigen aandelen

Naar aanleiding van het aandelen-inkoopprogramma dat op 7 augustus 2019 aangekondigd werd, maakt Ageas bekend dat er 48.886 eigen aandelen ingekocht werden op Euronext Brussel tussen           03-02-2020 en 07-02-2020.Vanaf de start van het aandelen-inkoopprogramma op 19 augustus 2019 heeft Ageas een totaal van 1.841.286 aandelen ingekocht voor een bedrag van EUR 95.008.159, ofwel 0,93% van het totale aantal uitstaande aandelen.Het overzicht van het aandelen-inkoopprogramma is beschikbaar op onze website.  Ageas is een beursgenoteerde internationale verzekeringsgroep met bijna 200 jaar vakkennis en ervaring.
