BlackRock informeerde Ageas op 20 november 2019, overeenkomstig de financiële transparantievereisten*, dat zijn belang op 18 november 2019 boven de wettelijke drempel van 5% van de door Ageas uitgegeven aandelen viel en nu in totaal 5,04% bedraagt.  * artikel 14, eerste lid, van de wet van 2 mei 2007 op de openbaarmaking van belangrijke deelnemingen Dit persbericht en de door Ageas ontvangen kennisgevingen zijn beschikbaar op de website.Ageas is een beursgenoteerde internationale verzekeringsgroep met bijna 200 jaar vakkennis en ervaring.
