Bestyrelsen i ChemoMetec skal hermed meddele, at der er truffet beslutning om ændring i direktionen. Ny direktør forventes at kunne tiltræde snarest muligt.På dette grundlag anmodes Fondsbørsen hermed om suspension af aktien.
