Ændring i bestyrelsen og nyt direktionsmedlem i Per Aarsleff Holding A/S

Bestyrelsesformand i Per Aarsleff Holding A/S, Andreas Lundby, genopstiller ikke til den kommende generalforsamling, som finder sted 30. januar 2020. Andreas Lundby fylder 70 år i 2020. Han har været bestyrelsesmedlem i 11 år, heraf de seneste seks år som formand. Bestyrelsen lægger i stigende grad vægt på, at faglige og branchemæssige kompetencer er repræsenteret i bestyrelsen og indstiller forhenværende administrerende direktør i Per Aarsleff Holding A/S Ebbe Malte Iversen, 68 år, til indvalg. I givet fald er det bestyrelsens hensigt at konstituere sig med Ebbe Malte Iversen som ny formand. Bestyrelsen indstiller i øvrigt, at aldersgrænsen hæves til 75 år.Direktør Nicolai Schultz, 51 år, udnævnes til nyt medlem af direktionen i Per Aarsleff Holding A/S pr. 1. januar 2020. Nicolai Schultz blev i februar 2019 ansat som direktør med særligt ansvar for koncernens byggeriaktiviteter og har mere end 20 års erfaring fra byggebranchen. Udnævnelsen sker som en naturlig konsekvens af den øgede fokusering på byggerelaterede opgaver og er en forøgelse af antallet af direktionsmedlemmer fra tre til fire. Direktionen vil herefter bestå af administrerende direktør Jesper Kristian Jacobsen, viceadministrerende direktør Lars M. Carlsen, viceadministrerende direktør Nicolai Schultz samt koncernøkonomidirektør Mogens Vedel Hestbæk.Yderligere oplysninger:
