ABO-GROUP gaat nu voor overname SEGED in Frankrijk

ABO-GROUP kondigt aan dat zij een intentieovereenkomst getekend heeft voor de overname van het Franse bedrijf SEGED. Deze overname vormt een belangrijke stap in de verdere ontwikkeling van de milieuactiviteiten in Frankrijk. ABO-GROUP verwacht de overname, na afronding van het due diligence onderzoek, af te ronden in het tweede kwartaal van 2021.

SEGED is een milieukundig en ecologisch consultant en is gelegen in Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume in het Franse departement Var. De activiteiten van SEGED sluiten naadloos aan bij de activiteiten van GEO+ Environnement, de Franse specialist in mijnen, steengroeven en ecologie, welke eind vorig jaar overgenomen werd door de groep.

SEGED

SEGED (Société d’Etudes et de Gestion de l’Environnement et de Déchets) is een studiebureau dat gespecialiseerd is op het gebied van milieu en ecologie. Sinds de oprichting in 2001 heeft het bedrijf een sterke expertise opgebouwd in het kader van milieustudies en –coördinatie, afvalstromen en saneringen. Het studiebureau beschikt over een multidisciplinair team van een 25-tal experten en realiseert een omzet van circa 1.75 miljoen euro.
