Šiaulių bankas atkreipia investuotojų dėmesį į tai, kad į prekybą įtraukiamos obligacijos yra subordinuotos, ir jų atžvilgiu gali būti taikomi veiksmai arba priemonės, kurių gali imtis sprendimo teisę turinčios institucijos, jei Bankas susidurtų su rimtomis finansinėmis problemomis, dėl ko būtų priimtas sprendimas pertvarkyti banką. Jei kompetentinga institucija pasinaudotų gelbėjimo privačiomis priemonėmis priemone, investicijos į obligacijas vertė gali sumažėti, įskaitant iki nulio, kas reikštų, kad investuotojai prarastų visą arba dalį savo investicijos į obligacijas arba atitinkamai ji visa ar jos dalis gali būti konvertuota į paprastąsias akcijas ar kitas nuosavybės priemones.Papildoma informacija:
