AB „Rokiškio sūris“ akcininkai nusprendė mokėti dividendus už 2019 metus

2020 m. balandžio 30 d. įvykęs eilinis AB „Rokiškio sūris“ akcininkų susirinkimas priėmė sprendimą už 2019 m. mokėti 0,10 EUR dividendų vienai akcijai. Bendra dividendams skiriama suma sudaro 3 501 tūkst. eurų.Siūlymas dėl dividendų skyrimo už 2019 m. buvo pateiktas susirinkimo metu akcininko, kuriam priklausančios akcijos suteikė ne mažiau kaip 1/20 visų bendrovės balsų.Dividendus turi teisę gauti tie asmenys, kurie bus Bendrovės akcininkais dešimtos darbo dienos po sprendimą dėl dividendų mokėjimo priėmusio visuotinio akcininkų susirinkimo (teisių apskaitos dienos) pabaigoje, t.y. 2020 m. gegužės 15 d.Dalius Trumpa
