2020 m. lapkričio 30 d. įvyko AB „Grigeo“ neeilinis visuotinis akcininkų susirinkimas.
Visi akcininkų susirinkime dalyvavę akcininkai balsavo iš anksto raštu, užpildę bendruosius balsavimo biuletenius.AB „Grigeo“ neeilinis visuotinis akcininkų susirinkimas nusprendė:– išrinkti audito įmonę UAB „PricewaterhouseCoopers“, juridinio asmens kodas 111473315, buveinės adresas: J. Jasinskio g. 16B, Vilnius, 2020 m. ir 2021 m. Bendrovės konsoliduotųjų ir atskirųjų finansinių ataskaitų auditui atlikti;– nustatyti, kad už audito paslaugas būtų mokama šalių sutarta kaina, bet ne daugiau kaip 38 800 Eur (trisdešimt aštuoni tūkstančiai aštuoni šimtai eurų) be PVM už vienerių finansinių metų Bendrovės konsoliduotųjų ir atskirųjų finansinių ataskaitų auditą, užmokestį už 2021 m. auditą, nesikeičiant jо apimčiai, indeksuojant (didinant) 2 %.Gintautas Pangonis
