A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S – Opjustering af forventningerne til EBITDA for 2019
Baseret på tallene for tredje kvartal og de opdaterede forventninger til fragtrater, volumener og priser på brændstof for resten af året, opjusterer A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S (APMM) forventningerne til resultatet for 2019.APMMs nye forventning til resultatet før renter, skat, afskrivninger og nedskrivninger (EBITDA) er i niveauet USD 5,4-5,8 mia. Den tidligere forventning til EBITDA var omkring USD 5 mia. Den resterende del af forventningerne forbliver uændret.I tredje kvartal har APMM, trods lavere vækst i den globale efterspørgsel og lavere fragtrater, opnået et bedre resultat end forventet i Ocean segmentet drevet af høj netværkspålidelighed samt kapacitetsudnyttelse kombineret med lavere priser på brændstof og fortsatte marginforbedringer i Terminal & Towage segmentet, hvilket har ført til et stærkere regnskabsresultat for kvartalet end forventet.Omsætningen var USD 10.055 mio. for APMM i tredje kvartal 2019 og EBITDA var USD 1.656 mio., og for de første ni måneder var omsætningen USD 29.222 mio. og EBITDA var USD 4.249 mio.APMM vil give flere detaljer til de reviderede forventninger til hele året i delårsrapporten for tredje kvartal 2019, der offentliggøres den 15. november 2019.København, 21. oktober 2019Kontaktpersoner:Head of Investor Relations, Stig Frederiksen, tlf. +45 3363 3106Head of External Relations, Signe Wagner, tlf. +45 3363 1901
