Markkinatakaus päättyy Ruotsissa

BBS Oyj:n markkinatakaussopimus Mangold Fondkomission AB:n kanssa Nasdaq First North Growth Market listalla Ruotsissa päättyy 30.12.2019. Yhtiön johto arvioi, että markkinatakaus ei ole parantanut yhtiön osakkeen hinnan muodostusta eikä likviditeettiä. Yhtiön osakkeista vain pieni osa on listautuneena Ruotsissa ja osakekurssi ja kaupankäynti on takauksesta huolimatta käyttäytynyt samalla tavalla kuin yhtiön päälistautumispaikalla Suomessa.
