Century Announces Filing of March 31, 2021 Year End Financial Results, Management Discussion and Analysis and Annual Information Form
HONG KONG, June 29, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Century Global Commodities Corporation (“Century” or the “Company”) (TSX:CNT) is pleased to announce that it has filed its audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2021 and the related management discussion and analysis as well as the Annual Information Form. As of March 31, 2021, the Company had strong working capital of $14.5 million, consisting of cash, bank deposits and marketable securities totaling $13.2 million, together with accounts receivables and other current assets of $3.8 million, less accounts payable and other current liabilities of $2.5 million.

The Joyce Lake DSO Iron Ore Project

A new 43km dedicated haul road will be constructed to connect the Project to the rail link. The Project has completed feasibility and permitting studies and can be brought to production within approximately 30 months.
