Riktad kontantemission om 13,5 MSEK – förtydligande

Danderyd den 20 december 2019Copperstones styrelse beslutade igår att stärka Bolagets kassaposition med 13,5 MSEK genom en riktad emission till en handfull strategiska långsiktiga svenska investerare, genom användande av bemyndigandet från ordinarie bolagsstämma 2019. Emissionskursen 0,40 SEK/aktie, motsvarade 9,5% rabatt mot den genomsnittliga volymvägda aktiekursen på Nasdaq First North Growth Market, Stockholm den 18 december, 2019, dvs dagen före transaktionen. Emissionskursen har bedömts som marknadsmässig i relation till andra jämförbara transaktioner i marknaden.
