Verkkokauppa.com päätti kvartaaliosingon jakamisesta

Verkkokauppa.com Oyj:n hallitus päätti tänään vuoden 2021 varsinaiselta yhtiökokoukselta saamansa valtuutuksen perusteella, että yhtiön kertyneistä voittovaroista jaetaan osinkoa 0,057 euroa osakkeelta (yhteensä 2 549 581,33 euroa).

Osinko maksetaan osakkeenomistajalle, joka on osingon täsmäytyspäivänä 27.4.2021 merkittynä Euroclear Finland Oy:n pitämään yhtiön osakasluetteloon. Osinko maksetaan 4.5.2021.

Verkkokauppa.comin 25.3.2021 pidetty varsinainen yhtiökokous päätti valtuuttaa hallituksen päättämään harkintansa mukaan osingonjakamisesta. Valtuutuksen perusteella neljänneksittäin jaettavan osingon määrä on yhteensä enintään 0,174 euroa osakkeelta. Ellei hallitus päätä toisin tai Suomen arvo-osuusjärjestelmän säädöksien tai säännöksien mahdollisista muutoksista muuta johdu, valtuutuksen perusteella jaetaan osinkoa vielä kaksi kertaa valtuutuksen voimassaoloaikana; erä, jonka määrä on enintään 0,058 euroa osakkeelta, maksetaan 27.7.2021 ja erä, jonka määrä on enintään 0,059 euroa osakkeelta, maksetaan 2.11.2021.
Näin meneteltäessä hallitus tekee erilliset päätökset osingonjaosta ja täsmäytyspäivästä, jotka yhtiö julkistaa erikseen.

Ennen päätöstään osingonmaksusta, hallitus arvioi yhtiön maksukyvyn ja/tai taloudellisen aseman näkökulmasta, ovatko osakeyhtiölain mukaiset osingonjaon edellytykset olemassa.
