Saratoga Investment Corp. to Report Fiscal Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2021 Financial Results on May 6, 2021; Conference Call Rescheduled to 1:00 p.m. ET

NEW YORK, April 22, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Saratoga Investment Corp. (NYSE:SAR), a business development company, today announced that it has adjusted the time of its conference call on Thursday, May 6, 2021, to begin at 1:00 p.m. ET. During the call, the company will discuss its results for the fiscal quarter and year ended February 28, 2021, which will be released the previous day on May 5, 2021, after market close.

The conference call timing was rescheduled in order to provide greater flexibility for the analyst and investor community to participate on the call during a less crowded timeslot.
