Effnetplattformen AB (publ): Tessin Nordic har framgångsrikt genomfört en riktad nyemission om 38,5 MSEK

Stockholm, 22 april 2021 — Tessin Nordic AB (”Tessin”) som, i enlighet med tidigare kommunikation, planerar att ta över Effnetplattformens notering på Nasdaq First North Growth Market har framgångsrikt genomfört en riktad nyemission om 38.5 MSEK till ett begränsat antal investerare. Emissionen var kraftigt övertecknad.

Tidigare har Tessin meddelat att Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB:s grundare och VD Ilija Batljan och Cantaloupe som ägs av fyra av grundarna till Sinch har investerat i Tessin inför noteringen.

Transaktionen där Tessin övertar Effnetplattformens notering på Nasdaq First North Growth Market är bland annat villkorad av erforderliga beslut på Effnetplattformens årsstämma den 21 maj 2021 samt av Nasdaq Stockholms godkännande.
