Kitron: Avholdt ordinær generalforsamling 2021

(2021-04-21) Kitron ASA avholdt ordinær generalforsamling 21. april 2021. 47 961 395 aksjer, som utgjorde 26,78 prosent av aksjekapitalen, var representert på generalforsamlingen.

Alle forslag ble vedtatt slik de er gjengitt i innkallingen utsendt 31. mars 2021.

Kitrons styre har nå følgende aksjonær- og ansattvalgt sammensetting:

Generalforsamlingen godkjente det foreslåtte utbytte på NOK 0,70 per aksje fordelt mellom to transjer på (i) 0,35 kroner per aksje for aksjonærer registrert i Kitrons aksjeeierregister i Verdipapirsentralen ASA (VPS) per utløpet av 23. april 2021 og (ii) 0,35 kroner per aksje for aksjonærer registrert i Kitrons aksjeeierregister hos VPS per utløpet av 6. oktober 2021, basert på normalt T + 2 oppgjør. Kitrons aksjer vil handles på Oslo Børs eksklusive retten til å motta utbytte for transje (i) fra og med 22. april 2021 og for transje (ii) fra og med 5. oktober 2021. Utbytte for transje (i) ventes utbetalt på eller omkring 3. mai 2021 og for transje (ii) på eller omkring 22. oktober 2021.
