OUTOTEC OYJ   SISÄPIIRITIETO   10.12.2019 KLO 18.21Outotec alentaa vuoden 2019 liikevaihto-ohjeistustaan julkistetun kolmen liiketoiminnan divestointisuunnitelman sekä tiettyjen, jo saatujen ja odotettavissa olevissa tilausten viivästysten takiaOutotecin hallitus on tänään päivittänyt Outotecin vuoden 2019 liikevaihdon ohjeistuksen. Muutoksen aiheuttaa kolmen Metals, Energy & Water -segmentin liiketoiminnan suunniteltu divestointi (pörssitiedote 10.12.2019) sekä liikevaihdon pienempi tuloutus, joka johtuu tiettyjen saatujen ja odotettavissa olevien tilausten viivästyksistä.Divestoitavat liiketoiminnot luokitellaan Outotecin vuoden 2019 tuloksessa lopetetuiksi toiminnoiksi. Tilikaudella 2019 suunnitellut liiketoimet alentavat odotettua liikevaihtoa noin 50 miljoonaa euroa mutta parantavat oikaistua liiketulosta (aEBIT*) noin 40 miljoonaa euroa. Oikaistuna vertailukelpoinen tilikauden 2018 liikevaihto olisi ollut noin 1,2 miljardia euroa, noin 80 miljoonaa euroa raportoitua lukua pienempi. Oikaistuna vuoden 2018 oikaistu liiketulos olisi kasvanut 20 miljoonaa euroa noin 84 miljoonaan euroon (pois lukien ilmeniittisulattoprojektia varten tehty varaus).Uusi vuoden 2019 tulosohjeistus jatkuville toiminnoilleTämänhetkisen markkinanäkymän ja lopetetuiksi luokiteltavien kolmen Metals, Energy & Water -segmentin liiketoiminnan suunnitellun divestoinnin perusteella liikevaihdon odotetaan olevan vuoden 2018 oikaistun liikevaihdon tasolla ja oikaistun liiketuloksen kasvavan merkittävästi vuoden 2018 oikaistuun 84 miljoonan euron liiketulokseen verrattuna (pois lukien ilmeniittisulattoprojektia varten tehty varaus).  Aiempi vuoden 2019 tulosohjeistusTämänhetkisen markkinanäkymän perusteella odotamme, että liikevaihto kasvaa ja oikaistu liiketulos (aEBIT)* paranee merkittävästi vuoden 2018 oikaistusta liiketuloksesta (63,8 milj. euroa), pois lukien ilmeniittisulattoprojektia varten tehty varaus.* Ilman uudelleenjärjestelyihin ja yrityskauppoihin liittyviä kuluja sekä ostohinnan allokaatiosta johtuvia poistoja.OUTOTEC OYJMarkku Teräsvasara, toimitusjohtaja
