Banimmo NV: Bijeenroeping gewone algemene vergadering

De raad van bestuur heeft het genoegen de aandeelhouders, de obligatiehouders, de bestuurders en de commissaris van de naamloze vennootschap Banimmo te informeren van het houden van de gewone algemene vergadering van aandeelhouders op dinsdag 11 mei 2021 om 11:00 uur te 1000 Brussel, Bischoffsheimlaan 33.

Gezien de uitzonderlijke situatie met betrekking tot het coronavirus wordt er aan de aandeelhouders gevraagd om niet fysiek aan de algemene vergadering deel te nemen maar enkel door middel van een stemming op afstand per brief volgens procedure beschikbaar in de gepubliceerde oproeping en op de website www.banimmo.be.

Graag willen wij nog even herinneren aan volgende bepaling:

Gezien de uitzonderlijke situatie met betrekking tot het coronavirus is het iedere aandeelhouder met stemrecht enkel toegestaan om, mits naleving van de statuten, vóór de algemene vergadering op afstand te stemmen per brief door middel van het door de vennootschap opgesteld formulier. Dit formulier kan gedownload worden op de website van de vennootschap (www.banimmo.be). Er wordt geen rekening gehouden met de formulieren die niet uiterlijk op woensdag 5 mei 2021 door Euroclear Belgium of elektronisch op investorrelations@banimmo.be ontvangen werden.

Vanaf 9 april 2021 zijn alle documenten betreffende deze algemene vergadering beschikbaar op de website www.banimmo.be onder de rubriek ‘Investeerders – Algemene vergaderingen’.
