Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström Holding AB (publ): Ökar ägandet i Team Olivia

Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström Holding AB (”Byggmästaren”) har genom det helägda Byggmästare Anders J Ahlström Invest AB ökat ägandet i Team Olivia.

Byggmästaren har förvärvat aktier motsvarande ytterligare 2,4 procent i Team Olivia Group AB, varefter Byggmästarens totala direkta ägande uppgår till 14,4 procent. Den nu tillkommande investeringen uppgår till ca 42 miljoner kronor, där en del avser förvärv av aktier och en del avser övertagna aktieägartillskott. Genom en tidigare investering i Procuritas fond PCI IV, vilken nu nästan uteslutande består av Team Olivia, äger Byggmästaren indirekt ytterligare ca 2,5 procent i Team Olivia.
