INEA (ISIN : FR0010341032), leader de l’immobilier de bureaux neufs en Régions, annonce aujourd’hui la mise à disposition du public de son Document d’enregistrement universel 2020, déposé le 1er avril 2021 auprès de l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers (A.M.F.) et enregistré sous le numéro D.21-0247.

Ce Document d’enregistrement universel intègre le rapport financier annuel 2020. Il a été établi d’ores et déjà au format ESEF (European Single Electronic Format), bien que l’obligation initialement applicable aux états financiers annuels ouverts à compter du 1er janvier 2020 ait été reportée au 1er janvier 2021.

Ce document inclut également les informations extra-financières relatives à la Société, notamment sa nouvelle feuille de route RSE 2021-2025.

Le Document d’enregistrement universel (exercice 2020) est disponible sans frais sur simple demande auprès d’INEA à l’adresse de son siège administratif sis 21 avenue de l’Opéra 75001 Paris et peut être consulté sur le site Internet de la Société (https://fonciere-inea.com/ ainsi que sur le site de l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers (www.amf-france.org, onglet dédié à INEA).
