Kallelse till Årsstämma

Aktieägarna i FENIX OUTDOOR INTERNATIONAL AG, org nr CH-206.390.054 kallas härmed till Årsstämma tisdagen den 27 april 2021 kl. 14.00 på Hemvärnsgatan 9, Solna.
  

Stämma 
På grund av coronaviruset har styrelsen beslutat att årsstämman ska hållas utan fysisk närvaro av aktieägare, företrädare och tredje parter och att aktieägarna får utöva sin rösträtt genom att utfärda en fullmakt med instruktioner till det oberoende ombudet. Information om de beslut som har fattats vid årsstämman kommer att meddelas den 27 april 2021, så snart resultatet av omröstningen slutgiltigt har fastställts.

Rösträtt
Aktieägare som har införts i bolagets aktiebok senast den 19 april 2021 såsom röstberättigad aktieägare har rätt att rösta genom att utställa fullmakt till det oberoende ombudet. Inga införanden kommer att göras i aktieboken under perioden från den 20 april 2021 till den 27 april 2021. Aktieägare som har sålt sina aktier före bolagsstämman har inte längre rösträtt för dessa aktier.

Företrädare och ombud

Aktieägare kan utöva sin rösträtt genom att utfärda fullmakt till det utsedda oberoende ombudet Lars Sandberg (Skarp Advokatbyrå AB, Att: advokat Lars Sandberg, Grev Turegatan 35, SE – 114 38 Stockholm, Sverige. E-postadress: lars.sandberg@skarplaw.se).
