Maranello (Italia), 9 dicembre 2019 – Ferrari N.V. (“Ferrari” o la “Società”) (NYSE/MTA: RACE) annuncia, nell’ambito della terza tranche del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie annunciata in data 14 novembre 2019 (“Terza Tranche”), di avere acquistato sul Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA) le ulteriori azioni ordinarie sotto riportate su base giornaliera, in forma aggregata:
Dall’annuncio della Terza Tranche del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie del 14 novembre 2019 fino al 6 dicembre 2019 il corrispettivo totale investito è stato  22.635.449,35 Euro per n. 149.754 azioni ordinarie acquistate sul MTA risultanti in n. 8.547.361 azioni proprie ordinarie complessivamente detenute dalla Società al 6 dicembre 2019. Alla stessa data la Società deteneva il 3,32% del capitale sociale totale emesso includendo le azioni ordinarie e le azioni speciali e al netto delle azioni assegnate ai sensi del piano di incentivazione azionaria della Società.Il prospetto riassuntivo delle operazioni effettuate nell’ambito del programma di acquisto di azioni proprie, unitamente ai dettagli delle citate transazioni, sono disponibili sul sito internet corporate di Ferrari nella sezione Programmi di Acquisto di Azioni Proprie (http://corporate.ferrari.com/it/investors/azionisti/programmi-di-acquisto-di-azioni-proprie).AttachmentFNV Buyback Purchases PR 09.12.2019 (ENG)
