INVESTORS HOUSE TÄSMENTÄÄ TILINPÄÄTÖSTIEDOTETTA 2020

Yhtiö täydentää 8.3.2021 annetun tilinpäätöstiedotteen tietoja siten, että 12.3.2021 tiedotettu Ikaalisten kiinteistökauppaa koskeva tappio kirjataan IFRS-säännösten olosuhdemuutosta koskevan säännöksen mukaan arvonmuutoksena tilikaudelle 2020. Vaikutus tilikauden 2020 tulokseen on -432t t€.  Arvonmuutoksella ei ole vaikutusta operatiiviseen tulokseen (Epra). Tiedotteen liitteenä on erittely muutoksista ja muuttuneet Q4 ja koko vuoden 2020 luvut.
