Auktion over obligationer i serie 10F

Realkredit Danmark gennemfører auktion over SDRO i forbindelse med udbetaling af nye lån i ovennævnte serie som følge af omlægningsaktivitet pr. 1. april 2021.

Auktionen vil blive afholdt mandag den 29. marts 2021 med valør den 31. marts 2021.

Da det endelige udbetalingsbeløb kan ændres helt frem til auktionsdagen, fastlægges den endelige mængde for auktionen først på selve auktionsdagen, og oplyses via Reuters chat system mandag den 29. marts ca. kl. 9.00. Alternativt kan RD Funding kontaktes på nedenstående mail.

Vilkår for auktionen fremgår af bilag 1.

Realkredit Danmark forventer derudover øget tapudstedelse i øvrige papirer til finansiering af:

FlexLån® (øvrige løbetider)                      DKK 900 – 1.200 mio.
Øvrige variabelt forrentede lån                  DKK 200 – 500 mio.
30-årige fastforrentede lån                        DKK 300 – 500 mio.
10 til 20-årige fastforrentede lån               DKK 100 – 200 mio.

Det forventes at størstedelen af ovennævnte vil blive udbudt i form af tapsalg i løbet af mandag den 29. marts 2021.

I alt forventes et samlet salg på DKK 5,0 – 6,0 mia. inklusiv auktionsbeløb.

Realkredit Danmark er ikke forpligtet til at afhænde hele det annoncerede beløb.
