Aðalfundur samþykkti ársreikning félagsins vegna ársins 2020.2.  Tillaga stjórnar um vexti af stofnsjóði og greiðslu arðs samþykkt
Stjórn Sláturfélags Suðurlands svf. leggur til við aðalfund að ekki séu reiknaðir vextir af höfuðstól stofnsjóðs A-deildar og ekki verði greiddur arður af stofnsjóði B-deildar.3.  Tillaga fyrir aðalfund samþykktAðalfundur Sláturfélags Suðurlands haldinn á Goðalandi í Fljótshlíð 19. mars 2021, samþykkir að stjórn Sláturfélags Suðurlands láti vinna skýrslu þar sem þróun sölu einstakra kjöttegunda í gegnum vinnslu félagsins verði greind frá árinu 2000.4.  Kosning stjórnar
