Fondsbørsmeddelelse 8/2021På det første bestyrelsesmøde efter generalforsamlingen, har bestyrelsen i dag konstitueret
sig medEjner Søby som formand for bestyrelsen.
Ejner Søby, 54 år, HA, HD(F), er ansat som finanschef i Danish Crown, og har været
medlem af bestyrelsen og formand for revisionsudvalget i banken siden 2009.Mikael Lykke Sørensen, 57 år, Ejendomsmægler MDE, som næstformand for
bestyrelsen. Mikael Lykke Sørensen er indehaver af Nybolig Jeppesen & Sørensen og
har været medlem af bestyrelsen siden 2008 og er næstformand for bankens
repræsentantskab.Evt. spørgsmål hertil kan rettes til bankdirektør Lars Møller Kristensen eller vicedirektør
Jesper Vernegaard.
