VÍS: Reglubundin tilkynning um kaup á eigin bréfum í samræmi við endurkaupaáætlun

Í 10. viku ársins 2021 keypti Vátryggingafélag Íslands hf. (VÍS) 8.000.000 eigin hluti fyrir kr. 124.350.000 eins og hér segir:Er hér um að ræða tilkynningu um kaup félagsins á eigin hlutum í samræmi við endurkaupaáætlun félagsins sem hrint var í framkvæmd þann 9. mars 2021, sbr. tilkynningu til Kauphallar dags. 9. mars 2021.VÍS hefur keypt samtals 8.000.000 hluti í félaginu sem samsvarar 23,53% af þeim eigin hlutum sem að hámarki verða keyptir samkvæmt áætluninni. Kaupverð hinna keyptu hluta nemur samtals kr. 124.350.000 sem samsvarar 24,87% af þeirri fjárhæð sem að hámarki verður keypt fyrir. VÍS á nú samtals 0,42% af heildarhlutafé félagsins sem er 1.894.462.192.Samkvæmt endurkaupaáætluninni verða að hámarki keyptir 34.000.000 hlutir og fjárhæð endurkaupanna verður aldrei hærri en 500 milljónir króna. Áætlunin er í gildi til 18. mars 2021, eða fram að aðalfundi félagsins 2021, nema að skilyrði um hámarkskaup verði uppfyllt fyrir þann tíma. Framkvæmd endurkaupaáætlunar og tilkynningar um viðskipti með eigin bréf eru í samræmi við lög um hlutafélög nr. 2/1995 og II. kafla viðauka reglugerðar nr. 630/2005, um innherjaupplýsingar og markaðssvik.
