Lokuðu útboði á félagslegum skuldabréfum Félagsbústaða lauk í gær, 10. mars 2021. Gefin voru út skuldabréf í flokknum FB100366 SB en skuldabréfin eru verðtryggð jafngreiðslubréf með lokagjalddaga 10. mars 2066.Í heildina bárust tilboð að fjárhæð 3.760 m.kr. að nafnvirði á bilinu 1,60% – 2,00%.Tilboðum að fjárhæð 1.950 m.kr. að nafnvirði var tekið á ávöxtunarkröfunni 1,69%. Heildarstærð flokksins verður 13.600 m.kr. að nafnvirði eftir stækkunina.Fossar markaðir hafa umsjón með útgáfu og sölu skuldabréfanna sem og töku þeirra til viðskipta á markaði Nasdaq á Íslandi með sjálfbær skuldabréf.Nánari upplýsingar:Sigrún Árnadóttir
