Pressmeddelande 11 mars 2021Tredje kvartalet, november 2020 – januari 2021Nettoomsättningen minskade med 6,7 procent till 2 004 Mkr (2 147) främst till följd av valutaeffekter om -8,5 procent.Den organiska tillväxten uppgick till 1,5 procent (1,8).Rörelseresultatet (EBIT) uppgick till 108 Mkr (113).Rörelsemarginalen uppgick till 5,4 procent (5,2).Resultat efter skatt uppgick till 71 Mkr (64).Resultat per aktie uppgick till 1,32 kr (1,20).Kassaflödet från den löpande verksamheten uppgick till 245 Mkr (313).Roland Kasper, VD & koncernchef kommenterar:”Under det tredje kvartalet vände vi tillbaka till en organisk tillväxt om 1,5 procent efter tre kvartal i rad med negativ tillväxt. Före pandemin uppvisade Systemair organisk tillväxt under 40 kvartal i följd med ett undantag. Efterfrågan är dock fortsatt avvaktande på ett flertal marknader inom Europa till följd av regionala restriktioner, medan den Nordamerikanska marknaden fortsätter att utvecklas starkt. Rörelsemarginalen förbättrades jämfört med förra året och uppgick till 5,4 procent som ett resultat av att kostnaderna anpassats efter rådande omständigheter.” För ytterligare information kontakta:
