LITGRID AB sudarė tarpusavio skolinimo ir skolinimosi sutartį su EPSO-G

Lietuvos elektros energijos perdavimo operatorius LITGRID AB (įmonės kodas 302564383, registruotos buveinės adresas Viršuliškių skg. 99B, Vilnius, Lietuva) praneša, kad 2021 m. kovo 2 d. su patronuojančia bendrove UAB „EPSO-G“ sudarė tarpusavio skolinimo ir skolinimosi sutartį.Sutartyje nustatytas maksimalus LITGRID AB skolinimo limitas naudojantis Grupės sąskaita – iki 60 000 000 Eur.2021 m. sausio 25 d. UAB „EPSO-G“ Audito komitetas konstatavo, kad skolinimo sandoris atitinka rinkos sąlygas, yra sąžiningas ir pagrįstas LITGRID AB akcininkų, kurie nėra Skolinimo sandorio šalys, atžvilgiu.LITGRID AB įgaliotas asmuo teikti papildomą informaciją:
