COMSTOCK RESOURCES, INC. ANNOUNCES PRIVATE OFFERING OF ADDITIONAL 6.75% SENIOR NOTES DUE IN 2029

FRISCO, TX, March 03, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Comstock Resources, Inc.
