Suominen on julkaissut vuoden 2020 vuosikertomuksensa

Suominen Oyj:n pörssitiedote 3.3.2021 klo 13.00Suomisen vuoden 2020 vuosikertomus on julkaistu tänään osoitteessa www.suominen.fi.Vuosikertomus sisältää vuosikatsauksen, hallituksen toimintakertomuksen, tilinpäätöksen vuodelta 2020, tilintarkastuskertomuksen, selvityksen hallinto- ja ohjausjärjestelmästä ja palkitsemisraportin sekä GRI-standardin mukaisen vastuullisuusraportin.Virallisen tilinpäätöksen ohella tilinpäätös julkaistaan ensimmäistä kertaa myös European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) raportointivaatimusten mukaisesti XHTML-tiedostona. Konsernitilinpäätöksen päälaskelmat on merkitty XBRL-merkeillä. Tilintarkastusyhteisö Ernst & Young Oy on toimittanut riippumattoman rajoitetun varmuuden antavan varmennusraportin koskien Suomisen laatimaa ESEF-tilinpäätöstä.
