„Aprangos” grupės 2020 m. 12 mėnesių tarpinė informacija

„Aprangos“ grupės neaudituotas konsoliduotas pelnas prieš apmokestinimą per 2020 m. 12 mėnesių sudarė 5,7 mln. eurų, kai 2019 m. atitinkamu laikotarpiu pelnas siekė 11,0 mln. eurų, t. y. sumažėjo 48%.
Remiantis Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės nutarimu nuo 2020 m. kovo 16 d. iki balandžio 18 d. dėl epideminės koronavirusinės infekcijos (COVID–19) buvo uždarytos visos Grupės parduotuvės Lietuvoje (prekybos centruose parduotuvės buvo uždarytos iki balandžio 25 d.). Taip pat, remiantis Estijos Respublikos Vyriausybės nutarimu, nuo 2020 m. kovo 27 d. iki gegužės 11 d. Estijoje buvo uždarytos visos Grupės parduotuvės, veikiančios prekybos centruose. Nuo 2020 m. kovo 28 d. iki gegužės 16 d. parduotuvės Latvijoje, veikiančios prekybos centruose, negalėjo dirbti savaitgaliais. Taip pat nuo 2020 m. gruodžio 16 d. yra laikinai uždarytos visos Grupės parduotuvės Lietuvoje. Latvijoje parduotuvės laikinai uždarytos nuo 2020 m. gruodžio 19 d. (iki tol nuo 2020 m. lapkričio 14 d. Latvijoje buvo draudžiama prekyba savaitgaliais). Šie laikini parduotuvių uždarymai ženkliai įtakojo Grupės generuojamą apyvartą, uždirbtą pelną bei atitinkamai – finansinius rodiklius. Vadovybės skaičiavimais Grupė 2020 metais dėl kilusios COVID-19 pandemijos ir laikino parduotuvių uždarymo prarado apie 58-60 mln. eurų apyvartos (su PVM) ir neuždirbo apie 5-6 mln. eurų pelno prieš apmokestinimą.„Aprangos“ grupės EBITDA per 2020 m. 12 mėnesių sudarė 27,1 mln. eurų ir, lyginant su atitinkamu 2019 m. laikotarpiu, sumažėjo 10%.Su „Aprangos“ grupės 2020 m. dvylikos mėnesių neaudituota konsoliduota tarpine finansine atskaitomybe bei vadovų patvirtinimu galima susipažinti prisegtose bylose.
