Sdiptech avyttrar Tello Service Partner AB

19 februari 2021, 12:00Sdiptech avyttrar Tello Service Partner ABSdiptech AB (publ) har avyttrat 100 procent av aktierna i Tello Service Partner AB till Fasadgruppen Norden AB för en kontant köpeskilling om 60 miljoner SEK på kassa- och skuldfri basis.Tello Service Partner AB (Tello) är en väletablerad installations- och teknikserviceverksamhet inom takrenovering och taksäkerhet i Stockholmsregionen. Tello har ingått i Sdiptechs affärsområde Property Technical Services och uppvisade räkenskapsåret 2020 en nettoomsättning om cirka 60 miljoner SEK och ett rörelseresultat (EBIT) om cirka 12 miljoner SEK.“Affären har skett i samsyn med Tellos grundare och ledning och går i linje med Sdiptechs inriktning att fokusera tillväxt i affärsområdena Water & Energy och Special Infrastructure Solutions.
