Aðalfundur Sláturfélags Suðurlands svf. verður haldinn föstudaginn 19. mars 2021 á Goðalandi  Fljótshlíð og hefst kl. 15:00.Dagskrá:Setning aðalfundar, kosning starfsmanna fundarins og könnun á mætingu fulltrúa.     Skýrsla stjórnar félagsins.Starfsemi félagsins á liðnu ári.Ársreikningur félagsins fyrir liðið starfsár skýrður.Skýrsla skoðunarmanna.Tillaga stjórnar  um vexti af stofnsjóði og greiðslu arðs.Umræður um skýrslu stjórnar, skýrslu um starfsemi félagsins, ársreikning og tillögu um vexti og arð af stofnsjóði.Afgreiðsla ársreiknings og tillagna um vexti og arð af stofnsjóði.Kosin stjórn félagsins.Kosning endurskoðenda og skoðunarmanna.Ákvörðun um þóknun stjórnar, skoðunarmanna og greiðslur til fulltrúa.Umræður og atkvæðagreiðsla um önnur mál, löglega upp borin.Tillögur frá félagsaðilum sem bera á fram á aðalfundi þurfa að vera komnar skriflega í hendur stjórnarinnar eigi síðar en 14 dögum fyrir aðalfund. Framboð til stjórnar og varastjórnar skal hafa borist skriflega í hendur stjórnarinnar eigi síðar en þremur vikum fyrir aðalfund í samræmi við 2. mgr.  27. gr. samþykkta félagsins.Liður 6 í dagskrá: Tillaga stjórnar um vexti af stofnsjóði og greiðslu arðs.
Stjórn Sláturfélags Suðurlands svf. leggur til við aðalfund að ekki séu reiknaðir vextir af höfuðstól stofnsjóðs A-deildar og ekki verði greiddur arður af stofnsjóði B-deildar.Reykjavík, 18. febrúar 2021.Stjórn Sláturfélags Suðurlands svf.
