Cargotecin lainasopimuksen syndikointi päätökseenCargotec on saanut päätökseen 300 miljoonan euron lainasopimuksen syndikoinnin.Syndikointi aloitettiin 30. päivä marraskuuta 2020, ja laina ylimerkittiin selvästi pankkien toimesta.Nordea Bank Abp toimii lainassa koordinaattorina ja pääjärjestäjänä (Mandated Lead Arranger, Bookrunner, Exclusive Underwriter).Muita lainan pääjärjestäjiä (Mandated Lead Arrangers) ovat BNP Paribas, Danske Bank, OP Yrityspankki Oyj sekä SEB. Lisäksi lainan järjestäjinä (Lead Arrangers) toimivat Citi, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, DBS Bank Ltd., London Branch, Deutsche Bank AG, Handelsbanken, Helaba, ING Belgium S.A./N.V., Santander, Standard Chartered ja Swedbank AB (publ).Lisätietoja:
